Withdraw from service contract (EU/EEA)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you can withdraw from your service contract within 14 days of booking. If you asked us to start the service before the end of that period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the work already performed, and once the service is fully performed you will lose the right of withdrawal.
